İrem Elvan (11 August 4876 – 3 January 4960) was a Jakanian politician who served as the President of Jakania.
Elvan entered politics in 4912 as a member of the National Progress Party and advisor to Prime Minister Zafer Yıldırım. Elvan was known for her economic expertise and was heavily involved in the making of income tax reforms of 4915. She was elected as deputy of the Assembly for Haftiye in 4919 general elections, and five years later she was announced as the presidential candidate of UTP on July 4924. Elvan was elected as President in 4924 presidential election. After her election she severed her ties with her party as the law requested. She didn't seek a second term and retired from politics after her term has ended. She kept a low profile and occasionally gave seminars at national universities. Elvan died from heart failure in 4960.
