The 4970 Luthorian regional elections were elections held in 4970 with all 505 councillors for all Duchy Councils elected in the five duchies. Municipal councillors were also elected.

The largest party or coalition in each duchy receives 25 seats. All the other seats are distributed proportionally.

There is a 5 % hurdle in every duchy.
