Aleksandr Evgeni (September 28th, 2646-March 21st, 2727) was the former Vice-Chairman and Head of Government candidate for the Fascist Authority Party; he was also the former Health and Social Services candidate. Born in Kien, Evgeni quickly advanced himself in the field of medical and political science involving himself in national affairs. Evgeni was elected to the Imperial Diet representing Region of Hulstria under the FAP banner and got appointed to HSS party Minister by Spenzer Roderick Jr in 2675; with his charisma and drive, he was picked by Wolfgang Reinhardt to become his "right hand man" to lead the offices of both Vice-Chairman and HoG candidate in 2687.

Evgeni rose as a political star in the FAP during his tenure in the party cabinet and was instrumental in the Governor-General victories for Wolfgang Reinhardt in the 2710s. Reinhardt and Evgeni would work together in not only setting party but national policy as well; he was suspected to replace Reinhardt if he would ever to resign but that did ever happen. In 2720, after 30 years as Vice-Chairman & the FAP Staatsminister candidate, Aleksandr Evgeni resigned from both offices.
