His Imperial Majesty Franz, Archduke of Hulstria, Prince of Tirgith, Duke of Kleiskva (b. June 1st, 2958 - d. September 16th, 3044) was the second child and son of Rainer V of Hulstria and Princess Rosaline, Countess of Liore; he was the younger brother of Leopold I of Hulstria. Archduke Franz's paternal grandparents were Ferdinand II of Hulstria and Princess Harriet of Talmoria, and his maternal grandparents were George III of Luthori and Rosemarie von Labsburg. Archduke Franz beared resemblance to Jason I of Luthori, an ancestor through his mother. Archduke Franz in his lifetime was ranked mainly in the top ten in line of succession to the Hulstrian throne and was married to Natasha Igumnov, 1st Duchess of Kleiskva, a Trigunian noblewoman.

Early Life[]

His Imperial Majesty Archduke Franz of Hulstria was born on June 1st, 2958, to parents HIM Crown Prince Rainer of Hulstria and HIH Princess Rosaline, Countess of Liore. His father HIM Archduke Rainer at the time was the heir to the Hulstrian throne and Franz's paternal grandfather, Ferdinand II of Hulstria, was the Emperor of Hulstria; Franz's mother HIH Princess Rosaline was a Luthori royal, daughter of Franz's maternal grandfather George III of Luthori whom at the time of Franz's birth was still reigning as the monarch of Luthori. Archduke Franz was born two years after the birth of his older brother, HIM Archduke Leopold, and due to their closeness in birth the two brothers were very close in their childhood. Archduke Franz was also close to his mother Princess Rosaline as a child and Archduke Heinrich of Hulstria, Franz's uncle through his father's side.

Educational Career[]

Archduke Franz of Hulstria pursued a business and financial education; Archduke Franz however initially enrolled in the City University of Petrovgrad where he earned a degree in political Science & government. To seek his business management education he went to the Fort William School of Business in Luthori and to the University of Economics and Management in Kien.

Duties & Responsibilities[]

Archduke Franz' educational backround in business made the Hulstrian royal particular interested in business and entrepreneurial activites in Greater Hulstria and in personal union states. Archduke Franz was most active in Trigunia representing his brother and Luthori, the birthplace of his mother.
