His Imperial Majesty Heinrich, Archduke of Hulstria, Prince of Tirgith (b. March 9th, 2914, Schloss Fliederbrunn, Kien, Greater Hulstria - d. October 8th, 2996) was the second son and child of Ferdinand II of Hulstria and Princess Harriet of Talmoria; he was the younger sibling of Rainer V of Hulstria and older brother to Archduke Maximilian and Archduchess Aleksandra, Queen of Rutania; Heinrich was a descendant of Janne II of Vorona, Osmund III of Valonen, and Leopold II of Central Macon, among others. Heinrich's paternal grandparents were Maximilian VII of Hulstria and Idda, Countess of Savonia, and his maternal grandparents were George VI of Talmoria and Sophia, Countess of Leadore. Archduke Heinrich was married to Abigail von Bruegweiger, the daughter of Ortwin, 20th Duke of Bruegweiger, the former Imperial Commissioner of the Hulstrian Empire.

Archduke Heinrich served in the Imperial Army of Greater Hulstria and held the rank of Colonel. In 2978 Heinrich was named the royal ambassador to the Vandermark court by his older brother Rainer V.
