Overview
Structure and command
The Tyrant of the Helioclid Dominion is the Commander-in-Chief of the entire armed forces. The Grand Secretary of Defense is responsible for the civil administration of the military, this includes assisting the Commander-in-Chief in appointing the Director of the Kalopian General Defense Staff who is the overall day-to-day operator of the military.
