Adolf Weishaupt is the Baron of Griechenland in Budenlar, a Crownland in the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria, and Grand Master of the Imperial Order of the Knights Illuminate and Supreme Guardian of the Secret Light.
Virtually nothing is known of him save his prowess within the Order and rumours of connections with various Gao-Showan nationalist groups and magic practicing societies.
It is known that he is a student of philosophy, mysticism and theology of some regard in the academic community of Dovani.
He is widely regarded as a recluse and a mystic, of whom it is best not to get on the bad side of. Rumours of Weishaupts familiarity with black magick and the unpleasent fates of those who cross him abound...
He was once heard to have claimed that he joined the Order 'about a decade before Kalus Gustav IV was crowned.' However, this would make him many decades over a hundred years of age.
He is known to reside in the Burg Griechenland with a considerable staff of equally mysterious character.
