The Cabinet Cesaro (Istalia), was a Government Cabinet formed in March 4305 after 4303 General Election.
The cabinet is the first "political" Government with a majority after a National Unity Government followed a minority Government, both led by Liberty and Progress.
The cabinet is the expression of an agreement reached by the major forces of the center-right Istalian National Party and Capitalist Confederation with the more centrist parties Patto Repubblicano and Union of Liberal Democratcs.
It was approved in March 4305 with the 335 votes in favor of the Government parties, 203 votes against by part of Liberty and Progress (110 votes), Istalian Hosian Democrats (54 votes) and Social Liberal Citizens (39 votes). United Toward the Progress (62 seats) and Justicialist Party (35 seats) abstained.

The Government concluded the repeal of the emergency measures adopted to contrast the spread of the Wolfshein Bacteria Infection but among its programs notably it was approved a reduction of the budget for the Health Ministry, a process started already for some decades following the privatization of the Health care with the State charged only of a plan to cover the medical expenses for the low income people.
Another important measure consistent with the liberal economic views of this Government was also the reform of the firefighting services, by now subcontracting competitively to the private sector.
Less liberal than the rest of the program, but strongly demanded by PNI as Government bill, as last major measure came the reintroduction of an inheritance law which was supprimed for almost all the previous century.

The Cabinet was expected to last until the 4307 elections but seven months before, a controversial proposal of PNI to abolish the voluntary abortion gained sufficient support to be approved and for this reason ULD denounced the allies supporting the bill and retired its ministers which resigned in the hand of the President of the Republic.
The Head of State, however, consulted the political forces decided to maintain the Cabinet in office as carataker until the upcoming elections.
