Cabinet Renzo was a Government cabinet of the Istalian Republic, led by Mattia Renzo, from Democratic Front, appointed as President of the Council by President Simone Calenda.

This government followed the one led by the Labour Davino Bartone and represent its ideal continuation. It is the second Grand Coalition founded on the cooperation between center-left parties and the PNI, but this time its genesis was more troubled.
Frictions arose especially between President Calenda and the Nationalists, accused by the former to profit of their key position of non leftist party. A crisis pushed in 4412 Calenda to launch an ultimatum to the Nationalists who demanded, in order to vote in favor of the Renzo's Government, to vote before for a reform of the Chamber of Deputies aimed to increase its seats. When Calenda menaced the Nationalists to form a caretaker government with the opposition parties and Radical Alliance, finally PNI agreed to vote the confidence for the Government which took office in May.

Like the previous government, also the Renzo's one was charaterized by a marked leftist economic policy, which most important reform saw the Government retake the power to appoint the Governor of the Bank of Istalia. Other reforms have been the lowering of the retirement age and the possibility for IT workers to protect their software.

This government has also pushed for the entry of Istalia into the International Terra Bank.
