This list of countries includes 58 states on Terra. Colonies, undiscovered and undeveloped areas of Terra are not included here. Over the past centuries more and more countries have been formed on Terra by different peoples. But there are still some unexplored areas inhabited only by a low number of people of unknown ethnicity who are not (yet) able or willing to form their own country.
