The Emergency Powers Enabling Act was a series of bills introduced in the Parliament of Istalia in the late 4030s to early 4040s aimed at centralizing legislative, judicial and executive power in the hands of Antonio Battisti, who ultimately ascended to the dictatorial position of Capo Supremo (Supreme Leader) of Istalia in the period 4042–4045. The bills were originally officially introduced to tackled the country's growing terrorist problem, and were endorsed by the electorate through a 4039 referendum.
