Evylin I Ashé-Rivières (5 February 4605 – 20 June 4700) was a Canrillaise-Davostag stateswoman, politician and monarch who founded and ruled the New Kivonian Republic and the Kivonian Socialist Republic during the later period of the Kivonian era. She established the House of Ashé-Rivières claiming several throne throughout Terra, she also founded and led the Noble Socialists in Makon. While ruling over nominal republics she is considered to have been a unique form of monarch promoting her house to rule in Davostag.
