The Consul of the United States of Kanjor & La Tondelle (Can.: Consul de les États-Unis de Kanjor et La Tondelle) is the head of state of Kanjor. The Consul's rights and obligations are determined by the Constitution of Kanjor and other statutory laws. The Consul is the highest office within the republic and the highest ranking representative. He or she heads the executive branch.
In addition, the Consul has his or her own legislative initiative and may propose legislative projects and national budget proposals. In some extreme cases he or she has the right to propose the dissolution of the Senate and a subsequent snap election. The Consul also represents Kanjor on the international scene.
