The Federal Assembly of the Deltarian Federation (Daralian: Federální Shromáždění Deltarska) is the lower house of the Federal Parliament of Deltaria, acting as the country its primary legislative body and the one with the most influence. It is elected every 4 years through a regional based proportional system, different from the State Council, in which representatives are elected through a proportional system where a x% of votes received by a party amounts to a x% of seats. The Federal Assembly is the primary body, having much more authority then the State Council. It is responsible for drafting, ammending, passing or rejecting legislation, form committees to handle specific tasks or issue investigations, approve presidential nominees and call for early elections or a presidential impeachment.
