Koeistad (Duntrekaans: Koeistad [ˈkoeːstat]; Ikpi: iKopa;) is the capital city of Saridan. It is the second most populous city in Saridan, after Pietersburg, and serves as the nation's legislative and administrative capital. Located in the northern province of Tasselstaat, the city outgrew its original purpose as a Duntrekker outpost and is now a major economic and cultural centre. In 4996, the population of the city of Koeistad was 5,871,681, with the population of Koeistad's urban agglomeration put at 8,412,058. The land area of the municipal city (1,645 km2) is high in comparison with those of other major cities, resulting in a moderate population density of 2,400 per square kilometre.

The city is also known for its sporting prowess and is home to the Koeistad Lions (Koeistad Leeus), a professional Twenty20 cricket club playing in the Saridani Cricket League (Krieketliga van Seridjan)
