The Old Keymonian[]

The Old Keymonian (from Old: flags age and Keymonian: ancient word,

Keymon Flag

The Old Keymonian

meaning Keymonite) is the original and historical flag of Keymon. It defined Keymonite National colours and symbolism.

Other Flags[]

The following flags were also used in Keymon history, but never did erased the memory of the Old Keymonian, and all were sooner or later discontinued.

The Palm Tree Flag[]

2394 - 2413

The Palm Tree Flag represented the first change of the National Flag in Keymon. It was a radical change, as it had nothing to do with the Old Keymonian.

Symbolism: The Palm Tree was supposed to represent the fact of Keymon being an Isle.

The Monarchist Flag[]

The Monarchist Flag Its only change was the introducing of the Monarchist Coat of Arms.

Symbolism: The Monarchist Coat of Arms consisted of a mountain range surrounded by water, with three stars in the sky. It was also meant to represent that Keymon was an Isle. The Monarchist association came from the fact of Coats of Arms being a predominantly Monarchist type of symbolism.

The Colonial Flag[]

The Colonial Flag

The Colonial Flag was imposed after the Darnussian Occupation of Keymon. It lasted during the whole occupation, and was changed back after the Darnussian Forces peacefully abandoned the isle.

Symbolism: The Old Keymonian was once again restored, but this time with the Darnussia flag in the up-left corner. It represented the Darnussian rule of Keymon, while the restoration meant that inspite of this occupation, Keymonite people still had major authority over their territory.
