Han or Han Province (Indralan: 韓省) is the largest province in Indrala. It borders Shu to the west, Anle to the north and Min to the northeast.

History[]

For centuries, Han has been Indrala's most important province. Tian'an, the nation's capital and its largest city, is within its borders and so are the major cities of Shencheng and Meihua. As a result, many of the country's most profitable and influential corporations chose to locate in the area. In recent years, this trend has slowed down as the Indralan economy shrank and companies chose to re-locate but a significant proportion of firms still chose to make Han their base of operations.

Economy[]

Tian'an is home to some of Indrala and Dovani's largest financial institutions.

Geography[]

Mountains in Han

A small town located in the Han's northern mountainous region

Compared with the rest of the country, Han is relatively flat. While the central-northern sections of the province contain some mountainous areas, these are relatively minimal in comparison to the Anle Range and Plateau which dominates central and northern Indrala.

The Ma-Gan River flows through the western regions of the province, where it has played a significant role in historic Indralan civilisation. In addition, there are extensive canal systems which interest the towns and villages around the Ma-Gan and provoke the interest of many foreign and domestic tourists. East of the river, there are vast plains used extensively for farming purposes.

Climate[]

Han's climate is typical of the area, warm and moist.
