The Second Cabinet of Laura Hart was the government of Likatonia from 4794 to 4795. The cabinet is composed of the Democrats, Moderates and Conservative Republican Party. The Presidential Office was held by Wieland Trucco from the Democratic Party of Likatonia.

History and Program
First, this cabinet agreed to pass a law which increased foreign aid to countries without having to have trading rights with them. This was done to reverse laws passed by Grey Eminence and have a better realationship with growing nations.
The government also voted to all private schools to be formed. These were to be heavily regulated but could ignore some part of the curriculum. This wass done to give parents more choice about where they may send their child to school.
The government also removed military service. This was done to give pwople more freedom in their life.Alklowing them to do what they wanted with it.
The cabinet did not agree on all bills passed though, this was due to the Moderates siding with opposition parties to get some progressive bills passed and the Democrats and CRP working with Likatonia First when Grey Eminence had beemn dissolved to get some conservative bills passed.
