The Holy Party of Luthori is a Hosianist political party in Luthori founded in 4785 by James Theodore Hillman.
History
4785-4796
The Holy Party was founded in 4785. The Party was created during a political crisis involving the Socialist Party getting a majority and power of the whole cabinet due to the dissolution of the Purple Guard. An Early election was eventually held in 4787 due to the high opposition and criticism of the Socialist Party.
After the 4787 election The Holy Party started supporting the government of White Rose and Luthorian Conservative Party to oppose the Socialists.
In the 4792 election The Holy Party formed a cabinet with the Right Coalition and the Luthori Democratic League. The cabinet passed a lot of religious bills which was highly criticized by the opposition.
In The Right Coalition (4796-4803)
In 4796, The Holy Party officially joined the Right Coalition
4803-present
The popularity of The Holy Party started really rising in 4803 when the Right Coalition dissolved, making all of the former parties in the coalition independent. In the 4803 election the Holy PArty already had 13.29% of the vote, which would only rise and peak in the 4805 election at 21.44% of the vote.
The Party started losing a lot of the vote after 4810.
