Introduction[]

The House of Thor was founded by Christian Thorsen, an immigrant to Davostan from Kazulia. His clan brought their culture and religion to Davograd close to the Arctic Circle in 3293. During this time, they created an autonomous government independent of the ruling Satanic Republican Party. Believing the SRP represented the god Lokia and rigidly self reliant they began to defy the Satanic Republican laws and officials.

In the election of 3295, the House of Thor received 54% of the seats winning an outright majority. Forming a coalition government with the House of Zachary they were able to take control of the country. The House of Thor then changed the name of the country, regions, and cities to their liking. The government was also decentralized giving political allies kingdoms in the regions. Concessions were also made to the fallen Satanic Republicans in attempt to purchase peace.

In October 3296, Christian Thorsen became Imperial King of Davostag and Royal King to the region of Davograd.

Politics[]

The House of Thor is known for their rigid individualism and self reliance. They support free market economics, small government, and secular government free of Satanic influence. Despite their ideological differences, they formed a coalition government with the House of Zachary. They also form a strong bond with the House of Strom.

Religion[]

The House of Thor believes in Soren pagan mythology and believe that the god Dion is the creator of the universe and in particular lightning. There is no strict dogma or church that they adhere to. Christian Thorsen is the religious leader of the clan. They are the fastest growing religion in Davostag.

Davostag Civil War[]

After their victory in four out of five regions in Dec. 3295, the House of Thor was confronted by rebel Satanic forces in Tarekha. Immediately, supporters of Thor enthusiastically went into battle under Christian I and his son Prince Harrisen. They were joined by the House of Strom and successfully defeated the Satanic forces in Tarekha. After the SRP was defeated, the Thorians and Zacharians waged war over the fate of the newly created Five Imperial Kingdoms of Davostag. In 3304, peace was established in the founding of the Six Imperial Kingdoms of Davostag.

Davostag Civil War

Kingdom of Davostag[]

Christian I was appointed by the Imperial Council to become the first royal Monarch in nearly 100 years in October 3296. The Satanic palace in Darkuth was refitted to serve the needs of the House of Thor. The capital was then moved to Asgardia, Davograd.

Kingdom of Davograd[]

Christian I made himself Imperial King of Davostag and regional Royal King of Davograd. Satanic forces were quickly repressed after failing to even receive 1% of the vote there in the 3295 election. The House of Thor is enormously popular in Davograd with consistent plurality support. The House of Thor holds titles of Duke/Duchess in the cities of Asgardia, Thoria, Davos, and Hammerfest all of which were established after the civil war.
