Irkawans (Irkawan: Irkauš) are an ethnic group in the continent of Majatra, and one of the ethnic minorities in Cobura. The Irkawans are one of the two indigenous ethnic groups in the nation, alongside the Mallan people. Originally arriving in Cobura with the Qedarite Migrations, the Irkawans created the Kingdom of Irkawa, one of the oldest human civilizations, which
encompassed modern day Irkawa, Domale and Tokundi, and several areas outside Cobura. Irkawans mostly adhere to the Coburan Apostolic Tewahedo Church, an autocephalous church part of the Apostolic Church of the East.
