James Manstad born as Charles of Sherwood is a Luthorian Politician and for a time was Imperial Seal Bearer of the Holy Luthori Empire. He was born as Charles of Sherwood and later became Lord Charles of Sherwood, but he resigned from his title and changed his name to James Manstad after joining the United Social-Revolutionary Movement.
