Kathuristan (Kathuran: ܟܬ݁ܘܪ Kaṯur; Brmek: کأثر Kafre) is a region located in south-east Barmenistan. It has an area of 71,300 km² and a population of 11,365,891 (3805 census). Kathuristan is entirely an island in the Majatran Sea, the island of Kathuristan. The region borders Arakhim accross the Kathura Strait. The capital of the region is the city of Kathura.
