Laurens-Wrntukai van Zuyden tot Banstill (born April 5th, 3739) was the second Khagan of the Jelbic Peoples. He ascended to the throne of Vanuku after his father, Prince Arend-Heijtri passed away. He reformed the Crowned Republic of Vanuku into the Principality of Vanuku and declared himself, with popular support, the Khagan of all the Jelbic peoples on Majatra. Under his guidance the Khaganate saw the addition of Jelbania, Pontesi, and Barmenia. He was married to the daughter of the Yabek of Pontesi, Jeztri Shlajkaisrmko Salyzr, together they had three children. Khagan Laurens-Wrntukai was murdered during the Jelbic War by Barmenian troops and Zardic partisans.
