Read more about: Early Fourth Congress of the Delegates (LP)

This was the first extraordinary congress in the history of the Progress. The cause of the early congress is a bill called "Call for early elections, February 4731". In this congress the LP prepared for a possible early election.

First, the 5,00 party delegates voted about the endorse, because the Supreme Delegates announced that the LP don't nominate candidates for the election for President. The delegates had two choice: Graham Philips from the Communists, and Jonathan Martin from the Labour. The Centrist Fraction support the endorse of Martin, the Social Democratic Fraction support the endorse of Philips. The exact result of the voting:

Choices Votes
Endorse Martin 259
Endorse Philips 241

So with a tiny majority, but the delegates voted the endorse behind Martin.

Then Emmillion justified the rumors and he become the candidate for Foreign Affairs of the LP. The second vote is about the candidate-proposals. The exact result of this vote:

Choice Votes
The Social Democratic Fraction's proposal 412
The Centrist Fraction's proposal 88

So the social democrats within the party swept away the centrists within the party in the second voting.

If there is no an early election before July, 4734 than the Fifth Congress of the Delegates may review the choice of the early Fourth Congress.
