This is a list of Ecoco Federal Conferences. The Federal Conference of the Ecology Movement—Concertation of Parties for Peace and Coexistence, known as Ecoco, is the Dranian political coalition's highest decision making body. Composed of voting and non-voting delegates, the Federal Conference is held every six years (ordinarily a year before the scheduled federal election) and is responsible for electing the Coordinating Committee, which in turn elects the co-chairs of Ecoco.

Below are a list of the Federal Conferences and a summary of their events.

The First Federal Conference of Ecoco established the electoral coalition, culminating in the confirmation and adoption of the Ecoco Charter by a number of active provincial political parties, including the Mountain Party, the Social Democratic Party, and the Liga Verde.

The nature of the Ecoco Charter required the disparate provincial parties to form federal coordinating bodies in their own right. As such, the first Federal Conference was preceded by the foundation of the Mountain Party National Committee, the Social Democratic Alliance of Dankuk, and the Liga Verde Federal Council.

The Conference was largely focused on administrative and legal work, with a second federal conference scheduled within four years. Nevertheless, delegates elected an acting Coordinating Committee for the political coalition, which in turn elected Bae Yoo-bin and Matteo Manahan as acting Co-Chairs.

2nd Ecoco Federal Conference[]

The Second Federal Conference of Ecoco, held in June 4859, was primarily focused on the development and ratification of policy proposals in advance of the 4860 federal election, the first contested by the new federal political alliance. Conference delegates approved a wide variety of policies, ranging from labour rights and cooperative economics to LGBTQ+ rights and maternal healthcare. Notably, the Conference approved a nuclear power phase-out policy.

The acting Coordinating Committee was largely re-confirmed with little personnel turnover; Bae Yoo-bin and Matteo Manahan were confirmed as co-chairs in their own right.

3rd Ecoco Federal Conference[]

The Third Federal Conference of Ecoco was held in June 4865. The conference was significant as the first held while the electoral alliance was leading the Dranian government. Premier Matteo Manahan gave a rousing speech to the assembled delegates, recounting the successes of his government and declaring that Ecoco would win the next election "handily." Ecoco would go on to secure re-election in the 4866 Federal election, though it received 300,000 less votes than in 4860.

4th Ecoco Federal Conference[]

The Fourth Federal Conference was held in June 4871 and was far more tense than the preceding conferences, with delegates openly clashing over party policy, electoral strategy, and the composition of the Coordinating Committee. The conference had been preceded by months of debate by members of Ecoco on the electoral alliance's future direction, and its implementation of policy. Most notably, Premier Manahan's decision to go against the nuclear phase-out policy approved during the second federal conference angered Ecoco activists and supporters, particularly those within the coalition's more left-wing and environmentalist circles. A significant share of delegates voted in support of a non-binding motion to remove Premier Manahan from his position as co-chair of the alliance, but were unsuccessful due to the party's rules in concert with the voting strength of Manahan-aligned delegates; only the Coordinating Committee has the authority to elect the co-chairs.

A few members of the Coordinating Committee retired, while four were voted out and replaced by open critics of Premier Manahan. During the opening session of the Coordinating Committee, Bae Yoo-bin surprised members by declaring that she did not wish to be reconfirmed as Ecoco co-chair, citing her increasing responsibilities as foreign minister in addition to representing Dankuk at the World Congress. Accordingly, the Coordinating Committee elected Senator Park Eun-hae to serve as co-chair, and re-elected Premier Matteo Manahan.
