Dr. Lothar Faust (June 17th, 3070 - September 7th, 3133) was a General Secretary of the Communist Party of Dorvik, former Chancellor of the People's Republic of Dorvik and politician in the Volksrepublik Dorvik. In April 3108 he succeeded Silas Petrov as the leader of the Communist Party of Dorvik. Since 3100 he has represented a district of Citadel in the Volkskammer der Dorvik and been a member of the Communist Party of Dorvik.
History[]
Born to the Faust family in 3085 he went on to attend the Haldor University of Foreign Studies and National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, earning his doctorate in political science after writing his thesis on Communism in the modern world.
In April 3108 Lothar took over control of the Communist Party of Dorvik after earning the eye of Silas Petrov, once Silas disbanded the party Lothar took to immediately requesting he be placed in charge. In what he called a new socialist crusade, Lothar reformed the party and brought it back in Dorvik and immediately captured electoral success. The party's disbandment was due to a political row with the Volkspartei and their leadership.
Ideology[]
A strict Petrovist, Lothar has continually pushed the new ideology of Petrovism to it's core and even started righting the Petrovism's manifesto and it's core tenants alongside Raymond Petrov's son, Tyrus, who he is grooming to eventually succeed him in the future.
Personality[]
Strong willed and intelligent, Lothar has guided the CPD through a revival and is attributed with it's recent success in the elections due to his fiery rhetoric and his powerful speeches.
