The Luthori General Election 3865 was an election held in the Holy Luthori Empire, with all 401 seats in the Holy Imperial Diet up for election.

Once again, the Cavalier Party (now renamed the Royalist Party) was the largest party in the Holy Imperial Diet, with the Progress Party becoming the second largest party, dethroning Choice as the second largest party and pushing them into third place. The Social Democratic League remained in fourth place making only minor losses, and the Hosian Socialist Party pushed the Liberal Alliance into last place.
