Luthori Works or LuWorks is landmark jobs program created by the then Imperator Franz Reichert and issued by the Luthorian government of the Daeva Cabinet II.
Aims[]
The ultimate aim of the legislation is to create full employment across the Holy Empire, with Reichert desiring its scope to be the biggest and widest jobs program in Luthori history. It plans on reducing entitlements from both Social Security and welfare, instead focusing on putting Luthorian into full-time work.
Funding[]
To fund the program, Imperator Reichert and the cabinet created the 'Economic Commission for Funding of the Luthori Works' (ECFLW). Reichert planned on taking a total of 20 billion from education, Social Services, defence and science to be put in infrastructure, agriculture and industry. He did exactly this in 4631 and was able to set the program in motion in March 4631.
Aftermath[]
The aftermath of the implementation of the program resulted in a skyrocketing economic boost for Luthori as well as a dramatic decrease in unemployment, resulting with over 600 thousand people receiving full-time jobs in 4633.
