The Majlis al-Umma or National Assembly, also called the House of the Nation, is the legislature of Kafuristan.
The 650-seat house is elected every 59 months. Currently there are five geographically distributed electoral districts, each having 130 seats. The electoral districts are; Abi'nadi, Jerze'har, Nekkah, O'mer and Pabeus.
Dissolutions
The Constitutional Court and the Supreme Military Council both have the authority to dissolve the house and must subsequently call for new elections within two months. The Supreme Military Council has dissolved the house five times, most recently in August 3495.
