From 2970 to 2987 Traustein served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greater Hulstria and was Minister of Infrastructure & Transport of Greater Hulstria from 2961 to 2970. Marcellus Traustein priorto national government served as the as the Chief Minister of Budenlar from 2951 to 2957 and in the Budenlar Landtag Assembly before that, serving as a ranking member of the Budenlar branch of the Faschistische Gewalt-Partei.

Marcellus Traustein served as a ranking member of the Faschistische Gewalt-Partei and held a seat on the National Congress, the governing body of the party; he held the high ranking position of Chief Parliamentary Director of the Fascist Authority Party in the Imperial Diet from 2970 to 2984. Personal Life[]

Marcellus Traustein is a Budenlar native, being born and raised in the Crownland. Marcellus' father served in the Imperial Air Corps and his mother was a pharmacist; his father's job required regular travel for the family, leaving Marcellus Traustein to study aboard for most of his childhood and early teen years. Traustein had a younger brother, Christopher, but he was taken away in a drowning accident when they were young. Marcellus' father was hard hit by this event, as well as Marcellus and his mother; the Air Corps granted him permission to leave the armed forces when Marcellus' father requested it to spend time with his family. Marcellus' father would then work as an industrial engineer; his mother would continue to be a pharmacist and later would serve on the board of directors for a major pharmaceutical corporation based in Budenlar.

Traustein is a registered member of the State Church of Lutheranism. \
