Pterou Nkanyiso Saksoure (b.3930) (also known as Mohammed II Sidibe, Saksoure IV, and The Prince Pterou) was King of Talmoria, Lord of Cobura, pretender to the throne of Ibutho izulu, and scion of the House of Saksoure. He was the son of Lord-King Saksoure III of Cobura and Ibutho and Queen Musukebba Sidibe. In Talmoria, he was enthroned at the age of four following the deposition of his maternal grandfather Mohammed I Sidibe.
Early Life[]
Prince Pterou Nkanyiso was born in Sharba, Cobura to the reigning Lord-King Kharakhte Saksoure III and his wife, Lady-Queen Musukebba Sidibe, a Talmorian Princess. He was appointed King of Talmoria on May 14, 3934 at the age of four, following the decision by that country's legislature the Gbara to depose his grandfather King Mohammed II Sidibe in September 3933.
Early Reign[]
The King and his mother moved to Talmoria where Lady-Queen Musukebba served as Queen Regent. Given the powerful nature of the Talmorian monarchy, the Queen Regent ruled the country. She dissolved the Gbara in March 3937 after it attempted to depose her son the King using emergency powers granted to her government to fight Ahmadi rebels in the country's far south. She also made peace with the Ahmadi rebels in November of that year after seven decades of war, creating a unity government.
