Mohinder Bengali
His Grace Mohinder Bengali (2632-) was the 3rd Duke of Baniray and was one of the new leaders of the Namaste Party. He was married to a high standing member of the Yagumi family, loyalists coming from Vascania. His son was Suzaku Bengali. In 2669, he was appointed by the Jeltarian Imperial Senate to be the Viceroy of Namviet and all Vascanian colonies.
