Kaeyaphum, officially the City of Kaeyaphum is the third largest city in Hanzen, holding a population of about four and a half million people.
Despite its large size, Kaeyaphum is relatively unimportant economically for the nation, not drawing as many tourists as other cities across Hanzen, as well as its location making shipping impossible. However, the service oriented parts of the city economy, like much of Hanzen, tends to be tourist focused, although a large portion of the Kaeyaphum's economy is also industry based .
Kaeyaphum is also famous for its almost daily nightmarkets which pop up all over the city. In them, visitors can find cheap products from clothes to incredibly inexpensive snacks, meals, and ingredients. These markets, along with the city's shopping mall culture have given Kaeyaphum the notion of being Southern Hanzen's best place for shopping.
From a history and culture standpoint, city contains a number of impressive Daenist sites, such as a couple large Bidar statues. Interestingly, nearby Kaeyaphum is an Ahmadist mosque called the Yasolung Grand Mosque with the area containing most of Hanzen's Ahmadist followers.
