Ralston is one of the five States of the United States of Baltusia, along with Westbrook, New Egelion, Santiago and Attano, being the fourth most populous state in Baltusia, behind Westbrook, New Egelion and Santiago. Its capital and most populous city is Rutledge. Ralston is currently one of the most popular states in Baltusia, having several tourist attractions. The current Premier of the region is Maximus Holland, from the National Democratic Front.
