The State President of Telamon (Skjöldunga: Ríkisforseti Sjálfstjórnarríkisins Tælmörk) is the title of the executive Head of State of the Autonomous State of Telamon. The position was established on August 4824, with the approval of the Constitution of the Autonomous State of Telamon.
The title is used by all the elected Heads of the State of the Autonomous State of Telamon since December 4824, the position was established after the approval of the Constitution of the Autonomous State of Telamon. Norðmann Lindbergsson was the first person to hold the position of State President, while Kraki Júlísson was the last person to hold the postion. During the existence of this position, only Alfons Wilhelmsson was impeached for corruption during his 2nd term, being replaced by State Vice President Ann Sveinsdóttir as Interim State President.

The State President is directly elected by universal suffrage, the State President is elected in an only round and wins by having a direct vote majority.
Powers[]
- Nominate the Vice State President.
- Propose the State Cabinet
- Promulgate laws.
- The State President has the right of veto; he can ask the Sjálfstjórnarþings a further check on the constitutionality of a law before its promulgation.
- The State President may also refer the law for review to the Sjálfstjórnarþings prior to promulgation.
- The State President may refer treaties or certain types of laws to popular referendum, within certain conditions, among them the agreement of the State Cabinet or the Sjálfstjórnarþings.
- The State President is committed to the neutrality of the nation.
- The State President may grant pardons, not amnesty.
Residence[]
The official residence and office of the State President is the 'Grænnhöfn Höll' (Luthorian: Grænnhöfn Palace), located in the Government Complex of Grænnhöfn, Miðland.
Both the State President and State Vice President can reserve time at the Austurland Forsetakosningarnar Úrræði (Luthorian: Austurland Presidential Resort), located in Fiskimennhöfn during the summer and at the Suðureyja Vetur Flókin (Luthorian: Suðureyja Winter Complex), located in Havfhavn during the winter.
