The Stoltenberg Building is an old building located in Central Kien that is used as the headquarters of the Nationale Demokratische Union and the National Sovereignty Protection League . The building's full capacity is not used by the political party and some space is rented out as offices and there are banquet halls rented for events.

History[]

The building that is now known as the "Stoltenberg Building" was built in 2198, not long after the founding the Holy Gishoton Empire. The building was built as a theatre, though its name is not recorded at any point. What is known is that at one point, Klaus Gustav III, Holy Gishoton Emperor did attend the theatre for a show. During the Third Republic, the theatre was abandoned and left with a careless owner that did not maintain it. Shortly after the foundation of the Liberale Faschistische Allianz, the building was bought by Albert von Metzler for use as the headquarters of the party. The building began to be restored and was fully restored during the Bündnis Zukunft Hulsterreich ownership. After the collapse of the BZH the building was under the ownership of Marius Stoltenberg and offices were rented out. In the Summer of 2792, Stoltenberg donated the building to the Nationale Demokratische Union for use as their headquarters. Not long after this the building was given an official name, the Stoltenberg Building. In October 2800, the NDU revived the defunct National Sovereignty Protection League and placed its headquarters at one of the offices in the building.

Functions[]

Political Headquarters[]

The main function of the Stoltenberg Building is as the political headquarters of the Nationale Demokratische Union. It houses the national office of NDU Chairman Johann von Schäffer and the offices of the National Democratic Party Committee members. The political building employs hundreds of workers who help with the political duties of the party, and with the other functions of the building.

Office Building[]

Not all rooms of the large building are used, and the empty office-type rooms that aren't used are rented out to people such as lawyers or accountants. Currently there are around sixty offices. One of the offices in the building is used for the headquarters of the National Sovereignty Protection League.

Banquet Halls[]

There are two elegant banquet halls in the Stoltenberg building which are both used for party events and rented out for private use. Parties, graduations, business meetings and other types of events have been held in the halls. The building also has a large kitchen situated between the two banquet halls, allowing even further varieties of events that can occur.
