The Supreme Court of Saridan (Duntrekaans: Hooggeregshof van Seridjan) is the highest court in Saridan. The Supreme Court has ultimate appellate jurisdiction over all secular and religious courts in the country, as well as as original jurisdiction in a specific and limited number of cases. Unlike certain other countries, the executive and legislative branches have the potential to exert significant power over the Supreme Court. Justices are appointed by a special commission, established by the Ministry of Justice, and the number on the court is determined by the States General.

Members of the Supreme Court are appointed by a special commission, established when a vacancy arises by the Ministry of Justice.
