The First Congress of the Delegates of the Left for Progress Party (shortly just First Congress) is the first congress of the ruling body of the LP.
After the officially procedures William Hughes made a speech. We quote the most important part of this speech.
"Of course we not cooperate with the Right-Wing, this is matter of principles. But we can't cooperate with the traditionally Left-Wing too. We must represents the youths. And I believe that the youths don't want centralization what offer by the traditionally Left-Wing in this country."
After this, Collot Emmillion made a speech too, and react to the another speech. We quote the most important part of this speech, too.
"We have to cooperate with the other leftist parties. The Left-Wing is our family and the traditionally leftists is our older brothers and sisters. The brothers and sisters not always friendly with each other, but yet they from one family, and they yet fight for one, common goal."
The Internal Rules Edit
After the election of the Party Leader, the Congress was create and unanimously accepted the Internal Rules of the Left for Progress Party. Some part from this:
"3) Our party's cannot cooperate with the Right-wing or conservative movements."
"4) Our party's can cooperate with Left-wing or liberal movements."
"15) The Party's ruling body is the Congress of Delegates. The supreme decision-making body of the Congress of Delegates is the Supreme Delegates. The leader of the Supreme Delegates is the Supreme Super-delegate who is also the Party Leader."
Emmillion elected to the position of Supreme Super-delegate, virtually the Party Leader of the Progress - furthermore the Congress accepted the Internal Rules of the Left for Progress Party.
