Theodore Fredric Reynolds is a Rildanorian politician and a member of the left-wing Partie Democratique Liberal.
In April 2333, he became the first elected Rildanorian Head of State in 50 years, gathering 29,069,520 votes (53.23%) in the second round of elections, against the candidate for the Parti Croix Royale (now the Parti d'Aristocratique). He entered his term with a bold agenda to advance the civil rights and political freedoms that had suffered under the PCR and their religious authoritarian agenda, but his most significant accomplishment ended up being a cross-aisle effort to balance the budget. Though his proposal included tax increases, they were tremendously less severe then those in a similar proposal introduced by the Parti Autoritaire Fundamintaliste.
Nevertheless, some historians believe his popularity suffered as a direct result. He did not run for reelection and personally endorsed Zurie Plaisanse (his party did not, instead running a little known candidate who came in last, with 19%) in the 2336 elections. After a vacation in Meriath, he now continues his work as an activist for the Rildanorian left.
