Elizabeth Rebecca "Tipper" Barkley (June 23rd, 2425 - ) is a member of the Lourenne Democratic Party and is their current candidate for Minister for Education and Culture.
She was born in Guivarch, Kreshar to Alma and Frederick Barkley.
She has a teaching degree from the Université de Lac des Lumières and has a degree in politics from Delaune University.
She is currently single, but has a son from her previous marriage to television evangelist Heathcliff Haines.
Along with her educational reform ideas, she is a member of Lourenne's National Organization for Women and has firm beliefs in equality in all spectrums.
