William IV is the Holy Luthori Emperor. Although he inherited strong conservative values from his father, the last two decades of his father's life saw compromise to build a massive coalition, which has instaured in him a sence of diplomacy and negotiation which was absent in his father in earlier years.
He was responsible for the Luthorian military victories in Talmorschland, where his forces crushed the rebellion and then in Yishelem, where another rebellion was defeated. He is known to have agreed to the controversial destruction of the city of Birahteynu and was known to put victory above all else in war.
