Xavier Barro (22 January 2333 - 19 August 2412) was a Coburan politician.
He served as Head of State for ten yearsr between March 2369 and March 2379. He was affiliated at first with the National Confederation of Labour party, In 2376, the NCL began a terrorist campaign against the moderate government. Barro resigned from the party and continued his term as an independent. He did not put himself forward for re-election in the 2379 poll. Barro subsequently joined the moderate Democratic Labour Party of Cobura, but did not play any further role in politics. He ran Barro Consulting, with interests across south-west Majatra, from 2380 until his death from cancer in 2412.
